Civic 95 CNG Milage & Pick problem

Civic 95 CNG Milage & Pick problem

My Civic 95 is dead on CNG....It gives only 65-70KM in city with AC and no pick on CNG....I tunned it out more than 3 times from CNG specialists in Lahore....but no luck

Please advise me what should I do?

I have 4 tip plug installed 2 months back, air filter is new, tunned well on Patrol, Plug wires are OK......What should I do to increase the millage (KM) and pick?

Please I need professional advise.

get it tuned on cng rather then petrol...the car'll advance a bit on petrol but will run smooth on cng....if the cng is newely installed...wait for a few months....

well i had this problem when i got cng installed in my 95....it gave me pick problems for first 2-3 months but after that it ran smoothly.....tell me a few things...

1. wats the tyre size u've installed? rim size?
2. is your clutch/pressure plate ok?? check if ur car has good acceleration on petrol...take it to 7-8k rpm on petrol

..find a good cng tuner...ask him if ur kit has "oil" in it....as old cng stations used to have oily gas n that residue oil gets build up in the reservoir in the kit....ask the cng guy to service ur kit as well..tat might resolve the issue..n one more thing.....plug setting is crucial in cng....ask a mechanic to adjust the plugs...i think u've got bosch 4 or similar installed....same here....i asked my mechanic to do the same n he reduced the distance from plug to tip..n now my car runs smoothly...
