Civic 95 - Engine overhaul or replacement of engine

Dear experts

kindly advice.... i have civic 95, last week gaskit replaced due to heatup problem.. now i m facing the same problem again...mechanic adviced me to overhaul engine... one of my friend suggested to replace engine with 2003 or 2004 civic engine which is efi...

kindly suggest me the best option and if i go for 2003-4 engine then any alteration required...? i will appreciate if some one advice me for the sincere and the best mechanic as well..

Replace the Engine with D15B Dual VTEC. Its good at performance and economy both. But you have to change the Fuel Tank, Radiator and exhaust with the engine to have max efficiency. It will last too long rather then overhauling.

Dont know the price range in karachi if you are in there but in peshawar and pindi, the price of such engines is around 60K.
