Civic Engine Seepage

My car has seepage. I have replaced the engine timing seals. I have the engine replaced Gane. There is still a problem. Where can I find good and honest mechanic for fixing the problem. Thanks.

I would suggest to remove inlet and exhaust manifold - wash with degreaser - if you can then remove timing covers - remove T belt wash with degreaser - pack up and check for leaks, it may only be oil clinging to the engine
