i own cvc 99 ...my car is suffering from cng issue...its givng me 55~60 km in full cylinder....@rs 400~420.kindly advice me wht to do n any gud mechanic in khi

That's really bad mileage, in 400 rs my car gives me 130+ in local. Get the cng settings checked by an expert and do basic maintenance work such as; oil change, air filter change, spark plugs etc.
