Civic exi RPM STABILIZER problem Cng

salam.
I hav civic exi 2006..cng...it has problem wid rpm stabilizer...it only troubles on cng,,run absolutely fine on petrol...i got it chkd,,the guy says.....the ppl who fitted the kit hav put a HONDA RPM STABILIZER ...whereas putting a SALUSTRI wud solve the problem..it costs 3200 rupee..
The kit is by LANDI RENZO.....
WEn i got it chkd earlier the guy said theres problem wid the air intake,,,He put TAPES over the intake,,and it worked fine fr sme days,,,but then it strtd causing trouble again.
Its very annoying everytime i m abt to stop on a signal n pres the clutch,,,putt my foot off the accelerator ,,,the car switches off....
Wot cud be the problem???

ell my uncle got a exi 2006 and had the same prob,he got his car tuned almost 5 or 8 times by the KIT Installer shop,it runs fine for some time n then did the same thing again,so finally another man from the KIT Installer shop came n checked and solved the prob,the prob was the loose kit ground wire which was makin the car's rpm unstable.get the wiring checked by Ustaad now my uncle is havin other probs like he got to change the air-filter after about 2 months
