Civic gastric trouble

Civic gastric trouble

I know the title sounds stupid, but here's my problem!

When I start the car in the morning, it doesn't take the accelerator. Its like I press the gas paddle, but see no reaction. Ultimately, after idling for some 10-20 seconds, the engine stops.

After repeating this process for like 2-3 minutes, the car starts taking accelerator, and I'm good to go....but at low rpms, like while braking or shifting, it stops to a hault and I have to selfstart it again.

Now the problem is that once the engine runs for 5-10 minutes, and the heat guage is in the middle, this problem vanishes. So by the time I reach a mechanic, the car is already running fine, and I end up standing there like an idiot trying to explain some problem with the car which isn't there. The Honda PitStop guys already think that I'm suffering from insanity.

One more symptom - the acceleration has decreased immensly right after this problem showed up..its like bicycles and even padestrians overtaking me.

Here's a list of things I have already tried to no avail:

1- Tunning

2- Cng Tunning

3- Throttle body cleaning

4- The computer thing which detects errors doesn't detect anything

6- Oil, Air filter changed

Experts, please help.

The car is Honda Civic CF 2001-2002.
