Civic reborn on cng answer required by experts

is it possible to run ur car on petrol as well if the cng kit is installed n u want to enjoy the acceleration n power

well yes its possible to run a dual fuel system, not at the same time though. infact every time you start your car it will start on petrol and after crossing a certain rpm (set by you) it will automatically convbert to cng. for this you have to have a kit which supports this, nowdays the most commmon type is landirenzo m96....

if the cng is installed in civic reborn will it give same power n acceleration on petrol as compared to civic reborn without cng kit installed
well no it wont give you the same power and accelaration on petrol, caz, first of all you will be carrying all this weight with you and second the ait intake is blocked for the car to run on cng, due to this power will be loss, but its negligible....


and for how much cylinder get fill up in civic reborn
n how many km will it give ?
well it depends on hte size of the cylinder, but normally 55litre is installed, and i think if the installation is proper with lambda, emulator and advancer it should give you 150km with ac in city, this is witha full tank of gas, and i think that a 55l cylinder can take 9~10 kg of gas.. furhtee moe these figures are for islamabad....


n wht is the difference between normal cng kit n automatic cng kit i heard normal cng kit costs 30000
n automatic cng kit costs 55000
normal kit is basically 94m and electronic/automatic is 96m(landirenzo models). the 55k package must be having emulator, advancer and lambda.. this will give you automatic conversion from petrol to cng . and is highly recommended not to go for the basic one... but still the price is on a high side.. in islamabad hte rae is like 50k.
