Civic tuning...suggest plz!!

Dear All
I need your suggestions regarding tuning of my 03 vti on CNG. The car has done about 75k kms. Some experts are suggesting taking it first to Honda, getting its throttle body cleaned and plugs cleaned/replaced and later do the gas settings by a CNG mechanic. Other experts are suggesting taking it to CNG mechanica and doing everything by him....
I am waiting for your suggestions in this regard....

yup get the throttle body cleaned firts

any good mechanic can do this job.

then get the gas tuned.
