CIVIC Vti 99......WEAK HEAD LIGHTS

I have Honda Civic Vti 99
head lights are not good, and seems weak
i observe that last owner used to buff headlights......and it seems to be like scratchy dull look.
Plz suggest what should i do ???????

seems the headlight plastic might have gone dull/yellow and the previous owner tried to rectify that before the sale. get the headlights polished by a pro (try PSO f-8) and also you could try and get them removed and cleaned from the inside as well (they literally wash the headlight).

Sometimes if the headlight isn't closed properly after installing/replacing a bulb it allows dust to get in and it ruins the headlights light ourput.
