Civic Vti Prosmatec (CNG) Pick below 2.5 RPM.....?

i have a civic Vti 03 with CNG and i cant get a good pick below 2.5 RPM. when the engine crosses 2.5 a sudden increase in the torque is felt.... but cant really get the required power in below 2.5. my friend had the same model but the pick was perfect.. both are Auto....Help me out please....i have changed the spark plugs and the air filter...On petrol thers no problem the pick is Uniform just from the start to the warp....also the shift is too late meanna say at 5 RPM.

i have a similiar kinda prob with my 97 lancer auto...
try one thing is the problem also there when u driving from a hualt or while in a moving car when u try to speed it up...
there can be many reasons for it proper air flow is one... fan belt alignment etc... in my case venturi is also lil messed up by cng installer...
try to get ur car tuned on cng first and then look for any other issues...

about the shifting it depends on how hard u push ur accelerator... more hard u push more late the shift will be (at higher RPM)
