Civic VTI Prosmetic 2004 - Lights issue

My front left light is not working and the back light on the left is broken. Can someone guide me from where i should get them fixed and how much it would cost?

Secondly, When i turn on the beam i used to get a beam icon on the speedometer.. From a few days back i dont seem to get it anymore.. What can be the issue here?

Well you can get the genuine break lamps (unrepaired, like new) from magzi line in karachi... cost would be around 2-3k, and for the beam icon, if ur lights are going on beam but not showing the icon than this would be the icon light that has gone fuse, but if the lights aren't going on beam than its a issue from the assembly... the part used to turn the beam on. and the front left head lights i think it would be a faulty bulb. or if the bulb is ok than a blown fuse... but if the fuse is blown the left side all lights (including the back) will not work.
