Civic VTI - Vibration --- Urgent

All,
I have civic vti 2005, I am facing problem with break,
when I press break on high speed I feel vibration of break Padel and Stearing.... is this due to wheel balancing or some this else ??

If you are feeling the vibration only when you are braking then it must be your brake discs. It cant be simple wheel balancing problem from what you have described.
