Cleaning a car mp3 car

i got this player 4 months back, its a new model black sony with door in frtof cd slot.
now it donest read mp3 cd in morning, but reading normal cds is ok., was thinking if cd with brush will fix the problem or it will get stuck inside?? any one tried,, cleaning cd players pls post yr experience.

it works if lens is not extremely dirty. but use a dry one dont use any solvents.

Considering your usage i think it will be fine but that damn CD costs 250 to 400 Rs.
