CNG average problem in mehran

i bought a second hand mehran vxr cng 2004 model..the problem is that the CNG average is not satisfactory..i told u the genunie cng of mehran have 40L cylendir..and it fills with Rs.180 ( full empty ) now the avergae should be 110 in city without AC and 90 in city with AC...but undfortunately my average is 75km witout AC in city..and 60km with Ac in city...hence i m paying by average is 180/75=Rs 2.40 withour AC and with AC i m paying 180/60=Rs 3.00 per kilometer...it is very expensive and i think u all will agree with me..so pls help me regarding this..if u know some expert of cng than do tell me..thnx
110 without ac and 90 with ac is the averages told by the suzuki 3s dealers.

there must be incorrect mixture setting need to be tuned....get air filter checked....spark plugs clean........and CNG settings......means a tuneup is needed...!
then check....
it must do 100km....!
