CNG Batteries and CNG Engine oils

Does it make any significant difference if one uses a CNG battery and CNG engine oil instead of regular batteries and oils??

How good are the 'CNG specific' products for the vehicles that have CNG installed as compared to other products that doesnt carry the 'CNG specific' tag...

Yaar CNG oil have got some additional potentials of bearing much heat than normal engine oil...and got some additional addictives for CNG type Fuel...
CNG batteries are nothing special yaar....lets suppose in Smaller car....normal small battery comes so the same CNG version of that have got some bigger inner plates to store some more charge than normal one.....its plates are bit stronger than normal one...i asked the battery one dealer....b/w...Get bigger size than Recommended and its equal and more than CNG type....its all depends on CCA(Cold Crank Ampere's and Ampere's Rating)......using bigger batteries results in quick start and battery was not on much load so its life increases..............be sure your generator os fully charging it.........
