Cng cylinder noise

Cng cylinder noise

i have ff cultus vxri . problem is that noise starts to come from cng cylinder housing when driving on bumpy roads. i have tightened all bolts but the problem persists. no such noises when driving on good roads. besides i have checked all area associated but noise is from cylinder .what to do to this problem?

want to add, at times the frame supporting the cylinder gets cracked. in that case to you will hear squeak sounds on rough roads
