CNG cylinder Oil and missing

CNG cylinder Oil and missing

my friends civic 2005 vti manual

does stalling on traffic lights and while driving slow, does missing .
no pick drives like the engine is dead on CNG., wiered sounds from the air intakke
but the car performs quite normal on petrol. a mechanic told him this is due to oil in the regulator of the CNG kit. is it true.

but his car also sounds pretty odd when he revs some heavy sound comes from the air intake like a low pithched turbo , but the car doesnt shoot even pedalled to the ground.

is it the oil or some thing else

please check the air/cng mixture of his car, because this is a very common problem, CNG requires less air compared to petrol which requires more air, the mechanics do not correctly adjust the mixture which results in serious under power, do this: park the car, open the bonnet, tell ur friend to floor the pedal and u check that whether the intake pipe gets squeezed, if not then put ur finger into the pipe when ur friend floors the pedal and se ethe difference.
