CNG in Toyota Altis 2009

CNG in Toyota Altis 2009

Salamz all ......!

As the title section, we plan to my dad's 2009 Altis CNG'd get. 28K mileage done. Fuel averaged 10-12 km / l during the cruise city and 13-14km / l for long routes.

If we changed our house last week that qiute far from the office of my father, so his daily journey is about 75-80 km in the city. Frankly, this daily driving on air explosive gasoline prices gives him a very hard time on his pocket. So plz kindly suggest: -

1. Altis 1.8 CNG is feasible?

2. If it .....! What would be the estimated cost?

3. Where is the best place to convert to CNG RWP / ISB?

4. What is the average does give Altis on CNG?

Thnx.

Anxiously waiting for answers.

1. As per my reckoning, the new Altis has the same engine as that of previous one, 3ZZ....IF so, then yes CNG is perfectly ok with this car

2. estimate cost gonna be around 43-45k if u get it converted from a gud shop

3. best place....eerr...m not too sure, but i wud say Al-Mubarik guys in G9/1 or G9/4 i guess....one of these sectors....i have always seen big cars getting converted from there, like mercs, parados, civics and altis etc

4. Average...hmm..with a 60Kg cylinder, dont expect anything more than 110-115 km within city....and like 125-135 on long routes (if properly tuned)
