CNG kit switch problem..

hello all, the switch (which is used for conversion of feul and displays the amount of gas present) is malfunctioning... all the four lights are always on... which shows that i have a full cylinder of gas back there... i took out the switch and smacked it twice and it showed the correct pressure... but then again it shows all four lights...

it is a landi renzo kit under warranty...
what i wanted to know is:
1. can the switch be bought seperatly??? if yes how much would it cost...
2. can it be repaired??? if yes, plz temme a good CNG mechanic in islamabad/pindi...
3. does the warranty cover this problem?? if yes can i only send the switch and the warranty card to the dealer to get a new one or it is necessary to take ur car to them... (as i had it installed from karachi...)
