Cng kit tuning

Dear friends,
I have read the thread on tuning the CNG cars. Well explained.

I tried to tune my KHYBER. CNG kit is not LANDIRIANZO it is some German KIT (Well this is what my vender told me).

This is what I done and require you expert advice.

1. I pull the escalator and turned the T bolt clockwise, at a point car started chocking, then I left the escalator , and tried to adjust the Idol adjuster (anti clockwise).
I did not feel any change in the speed, then re-adjust the Idol adjuster on the same old position.

2. Again pull the escalator and turn the T bold to anti-clockwise and stoped where I found the rpm increased and engine stoped chocking.

Results:
1. Car pickup not improved.
2. Engine start time is OK.

Please advise what can I do more to increate car's pickup, and correct me if I have done some thing wrong.

Please tell me about the Oil release bolt, What is it's function?

the topics' title shows u have gone through CNG KIT TUNNING, but after reading the story i guess its not tunning its PUNGAA (If u dont know abt it)
