CNG Kit, Valve / knobs settings

I have marked two circles below,

1 - RED one is the CNG Supply from kit to Carburetor, usually used to adjust CNG.

2 - BLUE one is the one, I saw mechanic adjusting after CNG kit serviced, he was adjusting this knob also.

QUESTION is "What does this knob affect...."

Both of "Idle setting + Air Fuel mixture" are done after RED knob in Carb. this is some sort of pressure control and I think the Safety valve is inside this knob ???
