CNG petrol mixups

Asalam-o-alaikam,
dear friends i have khyber 1998, i have filled the petrol tank half, but i saw the needle going down even when the car is on CNG, also the pick and power is very low but the top speed is still the same, also kal to gari me say petrol ki smell b a rahi thi, i cheked there was no leakage but phir b i closed the petrol valve in the engine jahan say petrol carburator me jata hai but valve bnd krnay k baad gari start ni hui, i reopened the valve to gari start ho gae but aisay jesay petrol gas mix honay k baad gari full accelerator par minor si start hti hai kafi dair accelerator full daba k rakha to jesay petrol khatam ho gya to phir gari theek ho gae...... plz suggest what i have to do
