Hello!
Thats coomon on mostly Efi cars....the backfiring problem......i am sure you also get air filter damaged a bit or slightly burnt spot on it........that all occur bcz of rich mixture setting.....try setting mixture nicely and perfectly so it get only enough gas to fulfil engine needs...not much to be burnt on exhaust......i think your car need some nice tuneup by some nice and expert tuner......here Spectra bhai do that ...just you need to do is gave him a treat ........
Spectra bhai......i think thats the same prob faced by many of us..........
spectra bhai can tell better than me........but i think thats the rich mixture causing that all.....
Adjustment can also be done by yourself...just need patience.....
try adjusting that from T type Adjuster located on gas line supplying gas to venturi.........thats colored pipe..you can find that easily inside engine room.....big pipe going from regulator to venturi...got adjuster on it......loosen the bolt....and then adjust nut a/c to need.....tightening it will block gas...tightened it a bit and check engine by full accelerating it....it must get its full rpms.......then tighten again....where engine starts to loose RPM and starts to lag....loosen a bit check and then tightened there...........and then check for backfires.....
Spectra bhai....reply needed..
Thanxxx
