CNG setting........

I have civic 1998 EXI Auto.
its on CNG,when i start engine on CNG its RPM goes on 1 n somtimes little below than 1 n when i switch A/C its start little vibration and RPM also go below 1 n sumtimes the engine stops.i also changed the oil n air filter.
Its perfect on petrol.
kindly suggest me from where i can adjust the CNG setting in lahore becozz some says that its electronic car dont checked it to every mechanic ,kindly suggest the HONDA mechanic, can HONDA PIT shop can adjust it.
