CNG tuning and filling valve cost?

My Daewoo Racer CNG needs tuning, and I want to replace the old fill valve (inside the engine) to a smart tap (in petrol filler cap).

Several centers CNG variable pricing questions ie;

CNG-tuning cost ranges from 250/Rs to 600/Rs

Smart (Landirenzo) flip the cost ranges from 1200/Rs to 1600/Rs

Total cost + Labor cost varies from 1400/Rs to 2200/Rs

Can you tell me, how much should I pay for;
TUNING + SMART VALVE
