CNG VS Petrol

CNG VS Petrol

HI friends;
I have a Honda Civic 2000 vti. When i drive the car at petrol there is no problem for stopping but engine starts to shake the RPM at that time is 650 to 750.
When i drive the car at CNG after heat up or run approximatley 10 km the car is stopping. Very difficult to drive in city. I also adjust the idle RPM from CNG kit at 900 but the problem is there.
How i fix it?

I think CNG is more better then the petrol because now a days pollution is to much that many of them is suffering from disease like asthma and so on.
