Cold Air Intake and Fuel Consumption!

Guys, will installing a cold air intake in my 1.3L GLi increase the fuel consumption by a lot?

hello!
yaar Gli cold intake is usually used i think for increasing power.....hot air takes more space as compare to cold air so cold air comes more in combustion chamber means more fuel and more air/fuel means strong combustion and strong power.....so thats what i think....any one correct me if i am wrong.....
