Combination of AMP-Woofer for Pioneer CD/Cassette

I have Pioneer CD/Cassette Player JAPAN, the specification is:
Output level: 500mv
Max Power: 30W X 4
Load IMP: 4-8 Ohm
and also it has subwoofer option but i dont know what to do.

I am new in this field, can someone gives me information about AMP, Woofer and speakers for my Pioneer player, my budget is 15 to 20,000 Rs. Thnaks waiting for response.

Kenwood 718 Speakers 7x10 320watts Max
4500rs
Pioneer 306c Dvc Woofer 1000watts Max
4000rs + 1000rs for Basstube
Any 1000watts amp 6000-8000rs
