Compensation for Damages Caused by Honda Avenue Dealership

Hey, I need some serious help with a terrible experience at Islamabad Honda Avenue dealership. My 2019 Honda Civic overheated and I sent it to them for repairs. They did a shoddy job, replaced the engine head, and overhauled the engine without my consent. Now, Im facing new problems like strange noises and damages from their test drive. Ive paid around 4 lacs rupees and Im fed up. Can someone guide me on how to get this sorted and claim compensation for the damages?

You should’ve researched more before giving your car to Honda, especially with the high costs. It seems they charged you a lot but did shoddy work. Send them a legal notice to fix the issues o r face a lawsuit. Keep all your bills and photos of your car before and after.
