Corolla SE Saloon or Civic Exi (2005)?

I am planning to purchase one of these slightly used car. Which one is better in terms:

1. Fuel Consumption
2. Comfort
3. Drive
4. Maintenance
5. Resale
6. Accessories.
7. Parts availability and Prices

2). EXI
3). EXI
4). Maintance should be more or less equal for both
5). Corolla
6). i would grade EXI and SE Saloon as being equal
7). Depends where they're bought from. 3S dealerships always more expensive in both cases.

Go for the EXI, im sure you will love it.
