Coure - Noise From Brake

hi guyz .. i hav coure eco and the problem I am facing iz that when ever i apply break at slow speed like about 20 the the sound occours from left side also when in reverse i apply brakes it makes the same noise in slow speed . at normal speed the brakes are ok...
jus got serviced from Toyota and they checked all the brake pads and did service .. even then the sound iz coming

Toyota worker when came with a test drive with me i made him listened the noise and he said it iz coming from the back side of car and it iz becauz of cng rings that hav little space between the cylinder and the rings and that iz y when i press the brake the sound comes

He said all Cuore Eco hav this sound plz hElp ME out
