Coure RPM not Stable Isuue

Hi, got a 2002 Cuore converted to a Japanese Mira with an engine swap. RPM isnt stable after changing the battery, coils, and throttle. Poor petrol mileage, around 7-8 km/l. Any suggestions?

Hey, so, I was thinking, you might wanna take a look at the idle air control valve and the fuel injectors. Oh, and dont forget to check for any vacuum leaks. About the low mileage, you might wanna check the air filter, the oxygen sensor, and the tire pressure. Hope that helps, and good luck!
