Cultus fault

hi guys, I have cultus 2003, receitly changed its pistons, rings, valves etc.. i did this all because of car engin make avoice something like tic tic tic, it was very fast and increase with rpm. macanic told me this comes from crink. so i change everything. after changing i done only 20 to 30 km. but today i felt same voice is still comming. macanic told me its because we set tabit, and after 500 kM running these will adjust automatically. is it write ??

because jb engine new baunta hai to us k pistons lose hotey hain kyun k engine ko rawa kerna hota hai
500 to 1000 KM
after this machanic aap ki car k pistons tite kerdeyga or oil bhi change karega agar phir bhi sound theek ni hoti tu phir koi masla hoga other wise koi masla ni hai
or haan chek is engine gives smoke or not?
