Cultus Head Lights

Cultus Head Lights

During Eid I travelled to Islamabad on motor way. The problem was that my Cultus Head lights were terrible. In dim position as well as flash I couldn't see very far and have to limit my speed to 80 to drive safely. Is there a problem with my head lights or is it like that with all Cultus (VXRi). Should I change the Bulbs?

One other problem was that going to Murree on the motorway/expressway the vehicle refused to pick up speed on CNG. Even mehrans and Altos were faster. The green led light on CNG/petrol switch is blinking ever since the trip and I have to go to the mechanic today.

1. Were the headlights 'clean'?

2. You can custom adjust the angle (both left-right and up-down) of the headlight to suit your needs.

3. On highway distances, usually the dynamo belt breaks and car converts on to battery (which also dies in a while due to no recharge). In this case all other accessories except of essentials (lights and horn and ignition system) turn off. Maybe the belt broke, but you were able to make it to your destination. Plz chk it.

4. (BTW cultus has good headlight but the cutoff of right one is very abrupt just like baleno, which is very annoying).

5. Plz don't change the bulbs. They either work or do not work. They aren't tubelights which would dim out with time. If you change the bulbs for higher intensity, they're very painful and blinding for on-coming drivers.

6. There could be problem with your eyesight e.g. night blindness due to vitamin A deficiency. Or due to tiredness you were having difficulty concentrating.

7. The CNG issue happened to me when too much humidity entered the CNG kit (pressure regulator nearly submerged into water). It could be the same dynamo belt (not enough current) issue too.
