Cultus VXR 06 cabin sound ?

hey..
fellow members my cousin hv a 06 VXR cultus in immaculate scratch less conditon only 10k driven.Yestrday i drove it ,it had a smooth drive but there ws a ''kur kur ''sound comin frm beneath da steering wheel i checked it wid a denter to c if all screws wer in place..but they wer set..still on bumpy tracks this sound comes n dissappears.Any Suggestion to get rid of it will b highly appreciated.
