Curb weight is pretty self explanatory. Weight of the vehicle when parked by the curb (pavemant/footpath) or unladen weight of vehicle i.e without passengers and luggage but including standard equipment, oil, lubricants and a full tank of fuel also known as "base curb weight".It doesn't vary from country to country although there's different way to measure curb weight. Most manufacturers usually add passengers in that measurment as well.
