Is it possible?
what things are required for this mini-me besides,Vtec head and ECU??
what power increase should v expect if v'll be able to pull this swap?

along with the things you mentioned , the other parts you'll need are

D15B/D16Z6 VTEC distributor along with plug wires.
VTEC solenoid
p28 ECU
D15B/D16Z6(Y8) Head Gasket
D16Z6 Timing belt.
D16Z6/D15B intake manifold and exhaust manifold.

it is recommended that you replace the old water pump with a new unit
and the valve cover gasket.

Torque down every bolt to OEM specifications and you're all set.

you'll definitely feel more power in the top end i.e 4500-6700 rpm range

do also use this tool to calculate your compression ratio so that you're safe from problems in the future.
