D15B Vtec not working! HELP NEEDED!

Salam everyone,

I have a d15b vtec engine, and my vtec is not working. I have tested the following things out which seemed to be correct.

1. Got my vtec wiring checked from different mechanics and those are correct.

2. Checked the oil pressure, and its OK.

3. Directly provided the 12 volt power to the solenoid and it was operating.

And yes I am using the vtec-e gear box with it. My 1st gear limiter hits at the speed of 80km hitting the 7000rpm mark.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

VSS Is needed + If Solenoid is engaging Directly Then It means Its in working condition just ecu is not triggering it.....!!
hook up all required sensors to ecu including VSS.....!! mostly people don't put VSS And That can cause VTEC not to engage...!
also make sure Vtec is wired perfectly matching with ecu pinout...
