D4D Diesel Engine

D4D Diesel Engine

I have heard that D4D engine is not succesful in pakistan as the fuel available is not that refined. Is this the reason for the failure of this engine.
In North America, 2007 and onward diesel engine use ultra low sulphur diesel fuel only. thats why diesel is more expensive than petrol. these new diesel engines(Cat,cummins,detroit diesel and mecedes benz) have lot of electronics and sensors to reduce emission. A lot of fleet buyer companies are not buying these trucks due to the complications in these engines.
The color of ultra low S. fuel is blue which was brown before 2007.

these engines are allegedly smoke free, and they adjust themselves to ensure no smoke, sadly the diesel here is so full of garbage that the D4D's don't stand a chance. they keep adjusting themselves till they kill themselves.
