Db meter!!

hey guys does any one of you know a software through which you can measure how many decibles your system hits ... jus to give you an idea check this out

well i have seen videos on youtube people using their personal laptops only and measuring the dcblz.... does any one know the software... most of u will say get a db meter but i am interested in how can i do that with my laptop and the software only
