Dealing with Dents Caused by Hailstorms on Alto Lapin
After a recent hailstorm in my area, I noticed multiple small dents on the roof and hood of my Alto Lapin. What is the best way to remove these dents without damaging the paint, and is there a specific repair technique suitable for hail damage?

Hailstorm dents are a common issue in areas prone to severe weather, and while they can look concerning, they are often repairable without requiring a full repaint.
Solution:
Paintless Dent Repair PDR: This is the most effective method for repairing hail damage without damaging the paint. PDR uses special tools to push the dents out from the inside of the panel without affecting the paint.
DIY Methods: In some cases, if the dent is small and shallow, you can attempt DIY fixes using a hairdryer and dry ice. Heat the dent with the hairdryer for a few minutes, then quickly apply dry ice to the dent to cause the metal to contract, potentially popping the dent out.
Professional Service: For larger o r more complex hail damage, its recommended to take your Alto Lapin to a professional who specializes in PDR to ensure the repair is done correctly.
Prevention: While you can’t prevent hail, you can park your car in a garage o r under a covered area during storms to avoid damage in the future.
