Difference b/w electronic and manual tuning

What is the difference between computerized tuning and manual tuining. where in pindi i can find electronic tuning centre and how much does it cost for mehran???

I heard someone saying that a person in Melody, ISB area (there are car shops, didn't visit) does the Computerized tuning.

To my knowledge, the computerized tuning is done by connecting the meter (most probably ampere flow measurement, or ON/OFF signals) to the sensors, they take reading of each sensor and evaluate what should be the ratio set. REST is same.

Definitely this way is more calculated and lesser losses.
