Does CNG cylender effect rear shocks?

Does CNG cylender effect rear shocks?

Hi,
I have recently installed CNG kit to my coure car with landi ranzo kit and EKC 50 kg cylender. I am satisfied with the economy and performace of CNG but some people are saying that CNG is not good for the car as it causes problems specially the cylender ,after a pessage of time destroys the suspension . I want to ask is that true? waiting for your replies.
