Does the Toyota Hilux Have Enough Cabin Space for Passengers?

Some users feel the Hilux has a cramped rear seat, especially in the double-cab version. Do you think the legroom and headroom are sufficient for passengers?

The Toyota Hilux Double-Cab offers decent headroom, but rear legroom can feel cramped, especially for taller passengers on long journeys. Compared to some competitors, the Hilux’s rear seats are more upright, which may cause discomfort over time.

For better comfort, some owners install seat extenders, add cushioning, o r slightly recline the backrest if possible. While the Hilux is more focused on utility than passenger comfort, for short trips o r average-sized passengers, the space is generally sufficient. If carrying passengers frequently, larger pickup models o r SUVs may offer a more spacious rear seating experience.
