Dolphin in trouble... please help!

hi,
got a serious kind of problem please help. my brother in law's dolphin got a short circuit and catched fire about a year ago. hose pipe and some wiring got burnt. it was fixed however. but since then hes getting different sort of problems. trying to summarize them as..

-] on cng: kept on missing after 30 mins or so driving. after some time the engine stops which doesnt starts that easily.

-] on petrol: runs smooth but again, sometimes it just stops in the middle of the road and doesnt starts again.


-] we are using it on petrol for about last month but the problem is still there. sometimes it just dont start. :-s


-] one electrition advise change the distributor.

-] another one: add a relay.

-] another: ur cng kit got problem change it. (the problem exist on petrol too)

-] another: fuel pump not working :O wtf???

my observation: i dnt think changing the distributor would help as it runs normally. i mean y there would be a distributor problem at the time the engine stops? y did the car run for 30 mins so smoothly?
i did the spark check to check the current and it was ok.
1 thing i notice there was hell lot of oil in 2nd and 3rd plug :-s might be a seal damage though.

we tried showing it to different mechanics but every body got a different story to tell, another problem is that this thing happens randomly and it never happen when we take it to mechanic. so they just advise us according to their own thinking....

please any 1 advise where to start or suggest me a good dolphin expert... i am quite sure the roots are in the burning mishap.. their must be a wiring problem... what u say?
