Engine Check lite on---Cultus VXRi

Friends,

I bought new Cultus Vxri few days back. Yesterday i faced a strange problem. When I switch off the A/C the engine RPM starts increasing and keep on increasing till 2500 RPM, and "engine check" light turns on.
Previously a slight raise in RPM was observed but now this problem is severe.
Anyone facing the same issue? If yes then what remedy u people suggest.

Dear, I also faced many problem when I bought my suzuki mehran last year. One of mechanic at pak suzuki told that VXRI Cultus has so many manufacturing problems. Kindly consult expert person in Pak Suzuki dealer and avail warranty as well
