Engine idle problem civic 2002

I had my timing belt, steering belt and compressor belt changed along with power steering pump bearings and timing bearings....and i asked the honda showroom people to do the required tuning if any...the guy saiud he would do the tuning as the tappets would also be adjusted...al work was done on tuesday..then wednesday when my mother was driving the car with the ac on the car stalls when it comes to a top or becomes slow on turns....with ac on....with the ac off the car is very smooth and feels very light from before and the engine noise is also less....but with the ac on the car comes to a stall...today too it did the same....wat could be the prob..the car is on petrol!!!

this is sumthing similar to what happened to me.... my car went in for routine tuning at honda centre but it came out messed up, the car vibrated badly even at 1500rpm... the guy there told me that its engine valve is down and wud have to be replaced, cost was sumthing near 12k too, but i said wtf man? i drove in widout any problem n now u saying valve is down? i took out my car frm there n went to my old desi road side mechanic, in 5mins he said that the intake manifold is leaking frm sumwhere n needs to be re fitted... he opened it and fitted it ... problem gone!!!!!

so dont go on wat ever they say, if u get valve done they r gonna say ur cars XYZ is messed up change it... better change ur mechanic....

about ur problem... btw, one of the reasons cud be wrong adjustment of tappets, as its a very technical task which they do with quite basic tools which arent enough to do the job properly.... but it shudnt cause water level decrease... it can also be a timing belt installation error... i m not sure but theres sumthing like some specific point of the belt shud be at sum specific point on the pulley, if its off by even one unit.... sumtimes the car wont start or cause problems...
