Engine idle problem civic 2002

I had my timing belt, steering belt and compressor belt changed along with power steering pump bearings and timing bearings....and i asked the honda showroom people to do the required tuning if any...the guy saiud he would do the tuning as the tappets would also be adjusted...al work was done on tuesday..then wednesday when my mother was driving the car with the ac on the car stalls when it comes to a top or becomes slow on turns....with ac on....with the ac off the car is very smooth and feels very light from before and the engine noise is also less....but with the ac on the car comes to a stall...today too it did the same....wat could be the prob..the car is on petrol!!!

check the last bill, was there anything mentioned some thing being required?

my friend faced a similar issue but he rather had the " dancing Rpm " fluctuating RPM issue, his previus bill said Throtle body service required.

So Honda people did it and the car was A-okay.
