Engine noise

Hello guys I have a SUV HONDA PASSPORT 97 model in USA.The SUV is in accumulate condition with guinine everything but when I start it in morning a noise like tick -tick-tick start coming from the engine.But when the engine get warms the noise disappears. Some body told me to change engine oil bcoz the engine oil might be dirty.but the service sticker says change oil on 142,K miles.So should I change the oil? and What might be the problem?plz help me.

this type of noise only come when the valves of the car dont work properly or r not getting librication or oil properly yes get the oil change and get a less viscous oil like 10w-40 or 5w-40 and update us good luck
