ENGINE OIL LEVEL half inch more on oil stick

Please tell me whether i should remove some engine oil to make it up to end level or keep it same as it is half an inch up. please inform me, i will be thankful.

more engine oil is almost as dangerous as less engine oil. the pressure will build up and it might blow the engine seal hence make it between the marks and first check it on flat surface.... it might be showing more because of some inclination
